About
Built for the file you actually present.
Kinsy is an AI presentation maker built by a small team with one conviction: a deck tool should be judged on the PowerPoint file it hands you, because that file — not the browser preview — is what ends up in the boardroom, the classroom and the data room.
Why Kinsy exists
AI deck generators got good at making things that look like presentations in a browser. Then you press Export and the seams show: text arrives as pictures, fonts get swapped, layouts drift. We started Kinsy because the export felt like the whole product, not an afterthought — so we built the product backwards from the .pptx.
The second conviction is about substance. A deck is an argument, not a template with blanks — so Kinsy plans the narrative before it designs a slide, researches with live citations when the topic needs it, and writes speaker notes for every slide.
What we guarantee
Everything stays editable
Open a Kinsy deck in PowerPoint and every headline, bullet, label and shape selects as a real object — never a flattened picture.
Fonts survive any machine
The designed typefaces travel inside the file. No silent substitutions, no shifted line breaks on the boardroom PC.
The preview is the file
What you approve on screen is what you download, to the line break. Export isn't a conversion step that can break.
Claims come with receipts
When a topic needs research, Kinsy cites its sources with numbered references and fact-checks its own claims before you see them.
Don't take our word for any of it — every guarantee is testable in five minutes with a free account. Here's the audit method.
How we write about the competition
Our blog reviews and compares AI presentation tools — including our own. The rules we hold ourselves to: every comparison discloses that we build Kinsy, competitor pricing is verified and dated at the time of writing, we say plainly when a competitor is the better pick, and everything is written by the Kinsy team in one organisational voice. Read it the way you'd read any vendor's writing: check the claims — we design them to be checkable.
- Comparisons carry a conflict-of-interest disclosure, every time.
- Competitor pricing is dated, so you can tell when it was checked.
- Referee pages between two competitors keep Kinsy out of the verdict.
