Terms of Service

1. Who we are & what Kinsy is

Kinsy ("the Service") is an AI presentation builder operated by Bedlam Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"). Kinsy turns your briefs, documents and brand material into editable presentations. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or an email address via Firebase Authentication. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Kinsy.

3. Credits, plans & payments

• Usage is measured in credits. Paid plans grant credits monthly; the grant resets on your billing day and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs never expire.
• Prices, grants and per-action credit costs are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes apply from your next billing period and we'll flag material changes in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. You can cancel a subscription anytime — it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits. Beyond that, credits are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; if something went wrong, contact support@kinsy.ai and we'll make it right when it's on us.

4. Your content & our licence to it

You keep ownership of what you upload (briefs, documents, images, brand kits) and of the decks Kinsy generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service — storing your content, processing it with our AI providers, and rendering your decks. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it. Decks are private by default; only you can open them unless you explicitly turn on public sharing, which exposes a view-only page.

5. AI-generated content

Kinsy uses large language models. Generated content can be wrong, incomplete or outdated — including numbers, citations and statements about recent events — even when web research and fact-checking are enabled. You are responsible for reviewing decks before relying on or presenting them. Free-tier decks carry a "Made with Kinsy" watermark.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, or that violates others' rights;
• probe, overload or disrupt the Service, evade usage limits, or access other users' decks or data;
• resell or white-label the Service without our agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability & changes

Kinsy is an early-stage product. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties; features may change, and we may impose fair-use limits to protect the platform. We'll never reduce credits you've already paid for.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedlam Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Kinsy and delete your account at any time by emailing support@kinsy.ai. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your decks and data are deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update them as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in-product or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@kinsy.ai.
